What Do Sessions Look Like?

What If My Grief or Trauma Feels Overwhelming?
Sessions are intentionally gentle, allowing emotions to surface naturally and without force.
Using tools like breath work, movement, touch, play, and creativity, we create a safe space for healing to emerge.
This process is about reconnecting with your body—listening to its wisdom and letting it guide the way to what it truly needs.
Think of it as dipping your toe into the water: there’s no need to dive in all at once. Simply feeling the water is the first step.
Session Details
Duration: Each session is 90 minutes, providing ample time for a deep, meaningful experience.
Frequency: Sessions are held weekly, and a series of 10 sessions is recommended to support sustained progress.
Approach: This is not talk therapy. Instead, we focus on listening to your body, recognizing sensations, and allowing it to guide the healing process.
Investment: During my externship, sessions are offered at a reduced fee of $65 per session.
